This apartment is luxurious and very well furnished, located in the heart of the city of Tangier. It is comprised of two spacious bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment is on the 3th floor of a new building equipped with two elevators and 24/7 security surveillance. It is also oriented to the south, so it is getting a lot of sun during the day. The apartment is ideal for 4 people and it has two bedrooms: - The main bedroom has a kingsized bed (160x200). - The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (90x200). - Living room with a sofa and Satellite TV. - Dining table 6 places. The apartment has all the amenities you need for your comfort such as: Wifi, Smart TV, air conditioning, hot water, microwave, cookware, espresso machine, laundry washer and dryer, refrigerator and more... Guests can access the entire apartment. I am available if you need any help or recommendations during your stay. You can reach me either by Airbnb messages or by phone. The apartment is located in the administrative neighborhood of Tangier, which is located in the center if the city. Everything is close through walking distances. The best way to move in Tangier is by small taxi, they are passing by the next street. However, if you like to walk everything is close through walking distances. Cancellation policy
To confirm a reservation, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% payable upon arrival before check-in.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable and will apply as the cancellation fee for any cancellation, including same-day cancellation or no-show.
In case of early departure after check-in, the full reservation amount remains due, and no refund will be issued for unused nights.
