No. Submitting a booking request does not confirm your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive your payment within the specified payment deadline.
To help you complete your booking, we temporarily hold your selected dates for:
* 1 hour for arrivals within the next 30 days.
* 24 hours for arrivals more than 30 days in advance.
If payment is not received before the deadline, the hold is automatically released and the dates become available for other guests. If payment is received after the dates have already been booked by another guest, your payment will be refunded in full.
The minimum length of stay depends on the accommodation and the dates, but it is typically 2 nights for most of our listings. This means you need to book at least 2 consecutive nights to complete a reservation. If you’re looking for a shorter stay, feel free to contact us, and we’ll check if any accommodations are available to meet your needs.
During your reservation request, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment method. Once we receive your reservation request, we will send you detailed instructions on completing your payment.
After your payment is successfully received, we will confirm your reservation and send you a notification to finalize the booking.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and a 20% discount for monthly stays. These discounts are automatically applied to your reservation when you select the corresponding duration from the calendar.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific accommodation. Each property may have its own terms, so it’s important to review the cancellation policy for your chosen listing before completing your reservation. Please note that all cancellations made during the stay are non-refundable.
If both you and your partner hold foreign passports, you are welcome to stay with us. However, if one of you is a Moroccan citizen, a proof of marriage is required, as it is a legal requirement in Morocco.
