1 - Occupancy and Guest Registration:
1.1 -Primary Occupants: Only those individuals listed as occupants at the time of booking are permitted to stay in the apartment.
1.2 -Guest Registration: To ensure safety and compliance with local laws, all guests must be registered at check-in. Please have your Passport/ID ready for this process.
2 - Apartment Care and Use:
2.1 - Condition of Apartment: We kindly ask that you return the apartment in the same condition as you found it upon arrival.
2.2 - No Unauthorized Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Additionally, outside visitors or overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
3 - Legal Compliance and Respectful Conduct:
3.1 - Adherence to Local Laws: Please be aware that local laws in Morocco may differ from those in your home country. Illegal activities on the property are strictly prohibited.
3.2 - Compliance with Moroccan Law: In line with Moroccan law, particularly Article 490, we cannot accommodate unmarried couples where at least one individual is of Moroccan nationality, unless a valid marriage certificate is presented.
3.3 - Responsibility to Local Laws: As our guest, you agree to comply with Moroccan law and understand that these laws might differ from those in your country.
4 - Right to Refuse Service:
4.1 - Conduct and Morality: Guests exhibiting conduct that disrespects the apartment, other guests, or violates Moroccan legislation, may be asked to leave without compensation or refund. This is to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
